Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Tucked away in the green hills of the Mugello, this secluded Tuscan home is the perfect setting for your next family reunion or group getaway, boasting its own private pool and breath-taking views of the verdant Italian countryside. Originally built in 1900, this place is teeming with old-school charm. There’s nothing not to love about the interior here. From the geometric tiles in the hallway to the oil paintings in the sitting room, there are plenty of unique details to pore over, but we wouldn’t blame you if you wanted to spend all your time outdoors, soaking up the scenery and enjoying the gorgeous Tuscan sunshine. Start your day with a coffee in the palatial living room, then grab a book from the study and spend your morning reading by the pool. We could see ourselves spending all day out here but if you fancy a change of scenery, Florence is just an hour’s drive away and is the perfect place to experience all Italian life has to offer. Enjoy a scenic lunch by the Arno River or stay put and cook up a storm in the rustic kitchen. Whether you spend the rest of your afternoon exploring the local area or unwinding with friends and family, we’d highly recommend ending your day with a long soak in the bath – each bedroom has its own bathroom here – and a late-night glass of wine by the fire. After all, isn’t that what holidays in the Italian countryside are all about?
